HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

The shipping time consists of two sections -
Processing Time: Verification of order details, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from the warehouses within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received.
Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses.
We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and HUALIMEI. This extends our processing time to 3 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.

Following this, your package will arrive between 3-7 business days, depending on your geographic location and stock availability.

*Please Note: On purchase, the customer must accept that these delivery times are estimates only. Some orders may be faster, or slower, depending on the location of the recipient and the fulfillment center used*

We ship from China.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. After 4 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping, normally taking 1-3 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for customized, used, or discounted products.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed, including the QA process, testing, and packing, within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Your time is invaluable, we won’t waste it.

We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by the courier service.
